Your game night menu should include food that is easy to prepare, serve, eat, and even snack on in between rounds. At our game night, we served Meatballs with Honey-Orange Glaze, Sun-Dried Tomato Dip, Sweet and Spicy Snack Mix, Club Sandwiches, Green Chile-Chicken Mini Pizzas, and Domino Brownies for dessert.  We’ve got the recipes for the Meatballs with Honey-Orange Glaze, Green Chile-Chicken Mini Pizzas, and Domino Brownies below! 

Meatballs with Honey-Orange Glaze

Ingredients
  1. 2 pounds ground pork
  2. 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  3. 1 large egg
  4. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  5. ½ teaspoon onion powder
  6. ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  8. ½ cup honey
  9. 1/3 cup orange juice
  10. Garnish: chopped green onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pork, bread crumbs, egg, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Stir gently, and roll into 36 balls.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add half of meatballs, and cook, turning occasionally, until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove using a slotted spoon, and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Repeat procedure with remaining meatballs.
  4. Bake until done, about 8 minutes.
  5. Add honey and orange juice to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, over medium-high heat until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add meatballs; stir until coated in glaze. Garnish with green onion, if desired.
Notes
  1. Meatballs can be made a day ahead. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat.

Green Chile– Chicken Mini Pizzas

Ingredients
  1. 24 mini pita rounds*
  2. 1½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  3. 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, mild or spicy, drained
  4. 2/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  5. Garnish: chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. On a large rimmed baking sheet, arrange pita rounds in an even layer. In a medium bowl,
  3. stir together chicken and chiles; spoon on top of pitas.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

  1. *We used Joseph’s Mini Pita Rounds.

Domino Brownies

Ingredients
  1. 1 (18.4-ounce) box milk chocolate brownie mix*
  2. 1 (1-pound) can vanilla frosting
  3. Miniature chocolate morsels
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil, letting ends extend over edges. Spray bottom only with baking spray.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake until a wooden pick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Invert onto a cutting board, and gently remove foil.
  4. Spread frosting over brownies. Cover lightly, and refrigerate until frosting is set. Cut into bars using a serrated knife, and top with chocolate morsels to create domino shapes.

  1. *We used Pillsbury Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix.
