Makes 2 dozen pops
1 (21-ounce) package brownie mix*
8 jumbo marshmallows, cut into thirds
24 lollipop sticks
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 (9x4x3-inch) pieces Styrofoam
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick baking spray with flour.
Prepare brownies according to package directions. Spread brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into 24 (1 1/2-inch) rounds.
Place a lollipop stick through a marshmallow round and into a brownie round. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Place chocolate morsels in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave chocolate on High, in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth (about 1½ minutes total). Holding sticks, dip prepared marshmallows into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Insert pop sticks into Styrofoam until pops dry completely.
