Bacon-Wrapped Breadsticks with Horseradish Dip

Easy to make and simply delicious, these breadsticks are a crowd favorite. 

Bacon-Wrapped Breadsticks with Horseradish Dip

Ingredients
  1. 1 (4.4-ounce) box breadsticks*
  2. 2 (12-ounce) packages center-cut bacon
  3. Horseradish Dip (recipe follows)
Horseradish Dip
  1. 1 (8-ounce) container whipped cream cheese
  2. 2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  4. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions
  1. reheat oven to 400°. Line rimmed
  2. baking sheets with aluminum foil. Place wire racks on prepared sheets, and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Using kitchen shears, cut bacon strips in half crosswise.
  3. Working with 1 slice bacon and
  4. 1 breadstick at a time, wrap bacon around
  5. 1 end of breadstick, spiraling bacon downward on breadstick. Repeat with remaining bacon and breadsticks.
  6. Wrap foil around each end of breadstick that is exposed (this will prevent breadstick from overbrowning while bacon cooks).
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bacon is browned. Remove from oven, and let cool slightly. Remove foil from breadsticks. Serve warm with Horseradish Dip.
For Horseradish Dip
  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, horseradish, green onion, Worcestershire, pepper, and hot sauce. Cover, and chill for at least 2 hours. Store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
