Apple and Pear Sangria


Every gathering deserves a signature drink, and this libation is crisp, cool, and can accommodate any event all year long. The flavors of pear and apple are elevated when combined with pear-flavored vodka and carbonated lemon-lime soda.

Apple and Pear Sangria

  1. 2 (750-ml) bottles Pinot Grigio
  2. 1 cup pear-flavored vodka*
  3. 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  4. 1 Granny Smith apple,
  5. cored and thinly sliced
  6. 1 green pear, cored and thinly sliced
  7. 1 (1-liter) bottle carbonated lemon-lime-flavored soda, chilled
  1. In a large pitcher, stir together wine and next 4 ingredients. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours. Stir in lemon-lime soda just before serving.
  1. To make nonalcoholic, substitute 1 (64-ounce) bottle white grape juice for wine and vodka.
  2. *We used Absolut Pear-Flavored Vodka.
