- 4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

- ONE In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, stirring until combined. Stir in water and cinnamon; cook, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted. Add banana slices, and cook 1 minute. Serve over ice cream.
